Maple Smoked Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Recipe
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
12-16 Slices of maple bacon
Bradley flavour bisquettes – maple
Preheat your smoker to 250°F with maple bisquettes.
Wrap each chicken breast in 3-4 strips of bacon, and fasten any loose ends down with toothpicks, ideally on the bottom.
Place your wrapped chicken breasts in the smoker and smoke until an internal temperature 160°F is reached, about 3 hours.
