Smoked BBQ Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
Meatballs are the perfect choice for parties, tailgates or to watch football games with friends.
Prepare them your way, but follow these instructions to smoke them to perfection.
Preparation
Heat smoker to 190ºF using 6 hickory bisquettes.
Smoke meatballs three hours.
Place smoked meatballs into your favorite BBQ sauce.
The USDA recommends that you use a cabinet temperature of 225ºF or higher when smoking uncured ground meat.
