Smoked Beef Jerky Recipe

This is a very simple and practical way to make your own smoked beef jerky.


5 Lb outside round cut into ¼ in slices

Hi Mountain Jerky Cure (Pepper Blend)


Mix as per instruction that come with the jerky cure

Sprinkle cure evenly on slices

Let sit in fridge 1-2 days


Smoke with 1 hickory then 2 cherry then 1 hickory

Cook at 250ºF for 4-5 hours or until desired doneness

Be sure to rotate racks every hour
